Many life-threatening infectious diseases may be prevented by vaccination. However, there are minute risks involved with some vaccinations, as with any medication. Any vaccinations for you or your family should be discussed with your doctor. Remember, if you travel abroad, you may be exposed to other dangerous infectious diseases.
